Underwriter
Franz F. Cervinka joined Cerco in 2024 as an Underwriter, where he plays an integral role in the origination, underwriting, and execution of commercial real estate bridge loans across the firm's national portfolio. He is directly involved in evaluating transitional multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets, performing detailed underwriting, market analysis, and loan structuring to support Cerco's investment decisions.
Prior to joining the Family Office, Mr. Cervinka worked in the Debt Advisory & Restructuring Group at Jefferies in New York, where he advised both distressed and non-distressed companies on complex liability management, capital structure optimization, and recapitalization strategies—experience that strengthened his analytical rigor and transactional discipline.
Mr. Cervinka graduated summa cum laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance.
