Nathaniel P. Zalewski joined Cerco in 2026 as a Junior Underwriter, where he plays an integral role in the origination, underwriting, and execution of commercial real estate bridge loans across the firm's national portfolio. He is directly involved in evaluating transitional multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets, performing detailed underwriting, market analysis, and loan structuring to support Cerco's investment decisions.

Prior to joining the Family Office, Mr. Zalewski worked in the Capital Structure Solutions Group at Jefferies in New York, where he advised both debtors and creditors in complex financial transactions. Mr. Zalewski graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance.
