$17,200,000 First Mortgage

The business plan contemplates acquiring a non-performing loan and pursuing an uncontested non-judicial foreclosure, followed by repositioning and lease-up of space expected to be vacated by existing tenants.

The property is located in Washington, DC’s CBD/Golden Triangle submarket, minutes from the White House and Washington Monument.
